Shipping
- Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days
- All orders ship from Pontevedra, Spain, through the spanish Postal service, Correos
- Delivery time takes from 5 days (UK) to 3-4 weeks (Canada, New Zealand)
- If you have chosen the “flat rate with tracking number” option, your order will be updated with a tracking number as soon as it is shipped
- Items shipped to countries outside of Spain may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country
- As the recipient of the shipment, you are responsible for any import fees, VAT, or tariffs required by your country
Returns and Refunds
- I accept returns of unopened kits and products within 30 days of receipt
- To arrange for a return, use the contact form or email info@minimosynth.com
- All returns are refunded in full through Paypal
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective
